Sales/ Marketing

Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
   • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
   • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
   • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue goals.

2. Marketing:

   • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
   • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
   • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

3. Customer Services:

   • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
   • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
   • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
